IMSpector 0.4 released

After a six month or more delay, IMSpector 0.4 has been released! Various things, mostly related to work and a new, gorgeous, woman in my life, meant I had very little free time available for IMSpector. 0.4 adds PostgreSQL logging, ACLs, more group chat support, and countless bug fixes, especially in the areas of MSN support and the MySQL plugin. This version also introduces changes to the log format.
